Syracuse currently operates eight overseas centers, in Beijing, Florence, Hong Kong, Istanbul, London, Madrid, Santiago (Chile), and Strasbourg (France). Through our World Partners, Summer, and Short-Term programs, SU Abroad students have study abroad options in over 30 additional countries.

SU Abroad Students

Florence CenterAbout 50 percent of students who study at SU Abroad centers are Syracuse University students. The remaining students, visiting students, come from over 150 schools and colleges across the U.S. The majority of SU Abroad students are undergraduates, but SU also offers year-long, semester-long, and summer graduate programs.

Jinny Cheung is a supply chain management major with a minor in Chinese studies. She studied at the SU Beijing center in Spring 2012, and then moved to Shanghai to take a summer internship. You can read about her time abroad here at her blog.
