ACC480.1 Financial Reporting & Analysis (at IEU)

Open only to students accepted to the special program Madrid Center & Business at IE University

Taught at IE University in Madrid. As of Spring 2018, this course is closed to SU School of Management majors and minors. Become familiar with individual and consolidated financial statements under International Financial Reporting Standards. This course aims to develop the ability to understand the main innovations introduced by International Financial Reporting Standards and to identify the critical area for their application. Contents are designed primarily for those who expect to be users of financial statements as part of their professional responsibilities, in particular for those who plan to work for multinational companies, as IFRS represent their accounting environment.

Credit allocation is subject to change.

The IEU academic calendar may require students taking this course to stay beyond the regular SU Madrid program end date.
