Businesses have evolved gradually to be more and more international and globalized. The national borders are falling away and technological innovations allow industries to operate and sell products almost anywhere in the world. It is essential for students, as prospective managers, to understand how businesses operate in a multinational environment and, particularly how they cope with international financial issues. The objective of the course is to examine the financial environment faced by a multinational corporation and the implications for managers and investors. At the end of this course, students will be prepared to make financing and investing decisions at a global level.
