Taught in Spanish at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica and may not be offered every semester. This course will analyze the diplomatic function, the design of foreign policy and research in the discipline of international relations. This knowledge will be applied to a look at the functioning of the United Nations, evaluating the challenges presented by an increasingly complex international system.
