Taught at IE University in Madrid. Not open to SU School of Management majors. This introductory course to the area of strategic management aims to provide students with a thorough understanding of the issues underlying value generation in business. Strategic management integrates various disciplines such as organizational behavior, marketing, and finance into an overarching framework that helps managers and entrepreneurs see the big picture.
Credit allocation is subject to change.
Registration restriction: SU students may not take both this course and MGT 247. Not open to SU School of Management majors.
Prereq: MAR 255 or MAR 301 or an introduction to marketing course
