Taught in Spanish at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica and may not be offered every semester. This course examines, from both theoretical and applied perspectives, the current operation of the National Congress in Santiago. In this framework, different tools are presented, discussed, and analyzed in order to study parliamentary function and in order to develop a knowledge of the task of advising. (UC code: ICP5194)
