SPA480.15 Contemporary Hispano-American Literature

Taught in Spanish at the Universidad de Chile and may not be offered every semester. The development of Hispano-American literature during the contemporary period, from its beginnings in the early decades of the 20th century to the present. We study a significant number of representative works in the genres of narrative, poetry and essay, with an emphasis on the decades of the 1950s, 60s and 70s.
