The course explores the artistic manifestations of indigenous Chileans. It seeks to develop an appreciation for the relationship between arts and the particular worldview of diverse indigenous cultures (e.g. Arica, Diaguita and Mapuche as well as their symbolic character. El curso explora las manifestaciones artísticas de los indígenas chilenos. Intenta desarrollar la apreciación de la relación que existe entre las artes y la cosmovisión de diversas culturas indígenas (e.g., Arica, Diaguita y Mapuche) como también su carácter simbólico.
