Note for Option II and III students: The academic calendars at foreign Universities may differ from the SU center (Option I) academic calendar and may require additional housing days.  This billing may occur after the program has begun, depending on when we confirm the actual number of additional days.

What is Included

The program fee includes pre-departure meetings, orientation abroad, cultural activities, housing in private homes where students receive breakfast 7 days per week and an evening meal with their hosts 5 days a week (12 meals weekly). Also includes general field trips open to all students, a one-month transportation allowance, International Student I.D. card and activities and services not covered by tuition and for which a separate fee is not charged.  Students should budget about $2,650 for the remaining meals.

Students placed in apartments (architecture students only) have apartment rent and utilities paid from the program fee, and receive a cash allowance to partially cover meal expenses. Students should budget an additional $3,100 for food.
