On living with a host mother in Strasbourg:

"My host mother and I had a great relationship. She was very flexible and gave me a lot of freedom to come and go as I wanted. We had great conversations around the delicious dinners she cooked for us. While I was nervous at first, she was willing to help me with my French. The host family mother was amazing and greatly enhanced my abroad experience."
