HOA323 Sixteenth-Century Italian Architecture (Spring 2020 Only)

Major architects and theories of 16th-century architecture, with emphasis on the social and political backgrounds of the period, patronage, and the education of the architect. Cross-listed with ARC332/ARC 632.

Prerequisite: ARC /CAS 134 OR HOA 105 OR equivalent introductory history of art or history of architecture course.
