We are currently hiring for three roles. The <strong>Coordinator<\/strong> and <strong>Lecturer<\/strong> combine logistics and academic content in different proportions, while the <strong>Responsible Adult<\/strong> ensures the safety of the students during the trip.<br \/><strong>I-Explore Coordinator<\/strong> \u2014 Manages logistics (transport, accommodation, restaurants, guides), and brings a cultural context to the trip (language, local customs, current affairs, destination background). B.A. required, M.A. preferred.<br \/><strong>I-Explore Lecturer<\/strong> \u2014 We are looking for licensed tour guides to take on the role of academic lead on our trips. Prepares lectures to ensure learning objectives are met, delivering at least at least two lectures per trip, engaging students through discussion and contextual framing at museums and cultural sites. M.A. required, PhD preferred.<br \/><strong>Responsible Adult<\/strong> &#8211; Accompanies student groups on field trips to ensure safety, verifying attendance and reporting absences, providing student support if medical emergencies arise, escorting students back to Florence if early departure is needed and communicating any incidents to the Syracuse Florence Emergency line.
