We are currently accepting course proposals for Spring 2028, that will explore the rapidly evolving landscape of the Creator Economy. We welcome proposals from a range of disciplines — communications, business, design, sociology, media studies — that examine how individuals and brands build audiences, monetize creative work, and navigate the ethical and cultural dimensions of this new economy. A particular area of interest will be the role of AI, and all proposals should include an element of experiential learning.

Requirements for all faculty
- Eligibility to work in Italy
- Excellent written and spoken English
- PhD and prior relevant experience in Higher Education
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to high-pressure peaks in workload
