The HR Office has an opening for a full time position, part time is possible if
preferred.
The HR office is responsible for managing payroll, staff and faculty contracts,
onboarding and offboarding procedures and all HR documentation.
Responsibilities:
-Assisting with overall payroll process, employee benefits and liaise
with payroll studio and labor consultants.
-Drafting of employment, quasi-subordinate employment and
freelance contracts and all related documents.
– Gathering receipts, invoices, and monitoring payments.
– Monitoring obligatory trainings for employees.
-Assisting with recruitment procedures.
– Managing onboarding and offboarding procedures.
-Assisting in responding to HR related queries.
Requirements:
– Italian citizen or legal work permit for Italy.
– Experience in HR and payroll preferable.
– Labor law background preferable.
