Limited enrollment in two ways:
As a requirement of the ARTE program:
- Students participating in this special program will be automatically enrolled for 1-credit and attend The Global Workplace.
Open only to Newhouse majors and minors participating in a Communications based internship:
- For students who have committed to an internship by the published deadline and whose internship meets the criteria for a ‘Communications-based’ internship (verified abroad).
- This course is designed to guide students’ professional development during experience in the French workforce. Participation in the course will equip students with the practical skills needed to thrive in a globalized world of work—as well as the theoretical background and critical thinking abilities necessary to reflect on their position in that interconnected system.
- Most students will be registered initially in BPS400 The Global Workplace and will update their registration once abroad.
- 1-3 credits available based on commitment to internship site at 45-hours per credit during the semester.
