CIE380.4 Reinforced Concrete Structures – Hormigon Armado

Taught in Spanish at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica and may not be offered every semester. This course provides an understanding of the behavior of reinforced concrete elements against different types of stressors. Students learn about basic principles for designing the most common structural elements and the stressors that occurs in the design of reinforced concrete structures. They also learn about the basic elements in the design of reinforced masonry buildings. Pre-requisites: Structural Design and Structural Analysis I(ICE 2412)
