This course aims to introduce a disciplinary approach to the recent concepts in architecture and interior architecture professions. These are not only the major and most popular concepts and subjects for the world of design but for all disciplines in the 21st century. Universal Design (Design for All), Sustainability and Adaptive Re-Use are the headings to be discussed, to give students an understanding and perception of interiors of present and future through the definitions and analysis of existing examples.
