COM400 International Internship in Communications (Spring 2026)

Open only to Newhouse majors and minors participating in a Communications based internship and who have committed to an internship by the published deadline. This course is designed to guide students’ professional development during experience in the London workforce. Participation in the course will equip students with the practical skills needed to thrive in a globalised world of work—as well as the theoretical background and critical thinking abilities necessary to reflect on their position in that interconnected system.

This course must be taken for a letter grade. Internship placements typically require a commitment of two days per week in addition to this course.

Students initially registered for BPS400 and will update their registration once abroad.

Beginning Fall 2026, this course registration will be replaced by COM475.
