- Theory of deformation, stress, stress resultants, transformation.
- Elastic and inelastic constitutive behavior.
- Equilibrium.
- Tension and torsion of bars; flexure and shear of beams; pressure vessels.
- Thermoelasticity.
- Elastic and inelastic stability.
- Energy methods.
