From elite athletes to business leaders, performance psychology explores how people prepare for challenges, adapt to uncertainty, and grow through adversity. This course applies those strategies to everyday life—education, relationships, leadership, and transitions. Students begin with self-awareness and wellbeing, examining how motivation, discipline, and resilience are shaped by personal and social factors. Case studies from sport, education, and organisations show how teams manage stress and make decisions under pressure. Through journals, workshops, and a final creative project, students apply insights to personal or societal challenges, gaining tools for resilience, leadership, and wellbeing.
