GEO380.15 Rural Geography

Taught in Spanish at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica and may not be offered every semester. The course focuses on the analysis and explanation of rural landscapes as a result of natural, cultural, historical and economic elements and factors that account for their operation and structure. We will study and analyze the restructuring of rural areas as a result of globalization and the impact generated by social and economic problems in land use. (UC code: GEO 2011)
