Learn how to use the first and second laws of themodynamics to calculate the work, heat, and efficiency of various systems of engineering: internal combustion engines, refrigerators, and power plants. Syracuse Students: While this course is equivalent to MAE 251 on the main campus, it carries only 3 credits. Discuss with your ECS Study Abroad Advisor how to make up the 1-credit deficiency.
