Taught in Spanish at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica and may not be offered every semester. Course objectives include: to know and understand the basic principles of the formation and operation of organizations; to understand the behavior of humans in organizations at different levels: individual, group and organizational; to identify the basic psychosocial and socio-dynamic processes of the organization and its influence on human behavior; to understand the conceptual elements from the personal experience of participation in .organizations and working groups; and to discuss and explore ways of ethical approach to the phenomena of organizational behavior.
