PAI680.7 Project Management

Taught in Spanish at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica and may not be offered every semester. The course addresses aspects related to the design and management of social programs and projects, giving special attention to their formulation in terms of the Logical Framework Approach as well as to the management of the processes related to the implementation. The focus is on the identification of initial problems as well as the selection ex-ante of alternatives, considering a multi criteria analysis. The analysis of the process of management considers the critical factors that emerge from the interaction of the social and political actors involved in the policies, programs, and projects.
