PSY380.2 Intelligence, Thought and Language

Taught in Spanish at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica and may not be offered every semester. The course provides the theoretical basis for understanding higher cognitive processes, together with the methodological bases associated with their research. The course presents the main theories of intelligence, noting its theoretical implications and practical applications. In the language area, it reviews the most relevant models and methodologies of study, particularly emphasizing the semiotic and pragmatic domains.
