Submit a brief proposal via the Interest or Renewal Form to your school/college Study Abroad Liaison for initial review, discussion, and revision by the following deadlines:
- January 20: for faculty-led programs and semester-long programs and courses)
- June 20: for semester-long programs and courses only)
Late applications will be considered in the next applicable cycle.
Upon receipt, the study abroad liaison in your school/college will review the proposal and make a recommendation based on the criteria below.
If the proposal sufficiently meets the evaluation criteria, you will be contacted about next steps. These may include submitting additional materials or making modifications to the proposal as needed (see step 3 for additional information).
