HR Office – administrative position
Reports to:
HR Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Assist with timesheets software and overall payroll process.
- Assist with drafting of employment, quasi-subordinate employment and freelance contracts and all related documents.
- Gathering receipts, invoices, and monitoring payments.
- Update reports regarding employee count, office hours, staff changes and related contact lists.
- Monitor obligatory trainings for employees.
- Assist with recruitment procedures.
- Support with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Assist in responding to HR related queries.
Requirements:
- Italian citizen or legal work permit for Italy.
- Excellent oral and written Italian and English language skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Labor law background or experience in HR preferable.
- B.A. required; M.A. preferred.
