HR Office – administrative position 

Reports to: 

HR Administrator 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with timesheets software and overall payroll process. 
  • Assist with drafting of employment, quasi-subordinate employment and freelance contracts and all related documents. 
  • Gathering receipts, invoices, and monitoring payments.  
  • Update reports regarding employee count, office hours, staff changes and related contact lists. 
  • Monitor obligatory trainings for employees.  
  • Assist with recruitment procedures. 
  • Support with onboarding and offboarding procedures. 
  • Assist in responding to HR related queries.  

Requirements: 

  • Italian citizen or legal work permit for Italy. 
  • Excellent oral and written Italian and English language skills. 
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.  
  • Labor law background or experience in HR preferable.  
  • B.A. required; M.A. preferred.
